We aim to support and expand scientific and educational collaboration between US and Israeli scientists doing research on understanding, diagnosing, and curing Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, we seek to facilitate Israeli graduate students finding postdoctoral fellowship positions at US universities; to that end we will have a scientific poster session for Israeli students to present their work. US students and other participants are also welcome to present posters. Our longer-term goals are to expand opportunities for US-Israeli collaboration on scientific studies, papers, and grants that advance our understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Thanks to generosity of our private donors and corporate sponsors, we are able to offer a limited number of fully-funded travel fellowships for US-based students to attend this meeting; application deadline is June 15th.
